1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the FutureWell platform, registering a student account, or utilizing our academic materials, CGPA calculation services, workshop rooms, and mentorship booking systems, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Student Accounts & Platform Security

• Eligibility: Account registration is intended for engineering students, faculty, and academic candidates seeking university enablement.
• Profile Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate student details, including your full name, University Seat Number (USN), college affiliation, engineering branch, semester, and syllabus scheme (e.g., 2022/2024 Scheme).
• Authentication & Inactivity: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sessions are automatically terminated after 15 minutes of idle inactivity to protect student records.

3. VTU Study Hub & Intellectual Property

All VTU module notes (Modules 1–5), syllabus copies, question banks, and lab manuals provided on FutureWell are for personal, non-commercial academic study:

• Students may view, download, and store copies strictly for individual exam revision and coursework.
• Redistributing, selling, automated scraping, or bulk-mirroring platform materials onto commercial paywalled portals without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. CGPA Calculator & Records Assistance

The CGPA tools on FutureWell offer self-service profile calculation and calculation request assistance:

• Manual entries are stored directly to your profile based on your submitted inputs.
• CGPA requests processed by our academic team serve as informational guidance based on available university evaluation schemas and should be verified against official university grade cards.

5. Live Skill Workshops & Community Code of Conduct

Participation in free student skill workshops, webinar rooms, and student WhatsApp communities requires academic etiquette:

• Registered participants are granted access links to live interactive meeting rooms. Harassment, disruptive behaviour, or unauthorized commercial promotions during sessions will result in immediate access revocation.
• Live session recordings and supplementary repository links remain the intellectual property of the session instructors and FutureWell.

6. Mini & Final Year Project Mentorship

Our project guidance services (including IEEE topic selection, architecture design, and code debugging) are structured to assist learning:

• Mentorship provides advisory guidance, review, and troubleshooting assistance. It does not replace independent academic effort or university submission guidelines.
• Students are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions adhere to their institution’s academic integrity and anti-plagiarism standards.

7. Internship Listings & Third-Party Opportunities

FutureWell indexes verified technical internship opportunities and placement roadmaps. While we strive to verify listings, FutureWell does not act as an employer and cannot guarantee selection, interview callbacks, or stipends. Students are encouraged to exercise independent judgment before applying to external partner portals.

8. Academic Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

FutureWell is an independent student enablement initiative. Unless explicitly stated, we are not an official administrative division of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). Resources are provided on an "as-is" basis, and users are encouraged to cross-reference university notifications for official circulars and timetables.
